Founder & Principal
Daniel Beffa
Daniel has built a career managing high-stakes infrastructure. His experience combines government-level discipline with the agility of the private sector.
Before founding Beffa Group, Daniel served within the Swiss Federal Government. He worked with the Federal Department of Finance and High Customs. His tenure included diplomatic responsibility as part of the official Swiss delegation to Berlin. There, he personally negotiated the financial structure of the MAUT state treaty with the German government.
Later, he managed the transition of Swiss Post from a state monopoly to a competitive commercial enterprise.
Since entering the private sector, he has held leadership roles in major Swiss IT and software firms.
He brings this specific mix of regulatory rigor, financial expertise, and technical fluency to every client mandate.
